Following the successful presentation to a group of Key Stakeholders in Welwyn Garden City the Trustees will be holding a similar meeting for members of the general public.
At the meeting the results of a feasibility study recently completed by professional consultants will be outlined and options for the proposed centre described.
The reception from industry, public bodies and the retail sector was extremely positive and the Trustees now want to find out what you think. When the ideas have all been looked at the final shape of the heritage centre will have emerged and can be taken forward to the next stage. “This is a really exciting time for us”, said Tony Skottowe, “The building blocks are dropping into place and we hope we shall soon be able to take solid plans to potential funders of the project.
